Red Rye IPA.This throwback style excited our production team to no end ? Rye spice and a unique malt bill play wonderfully with the sticky notes from a charge of old school hops- heavily featuring Simcoe and cryo Simcoe. The name alludes to my favorite character from an old Western I watched growing up- ‘The Cowboys’. Quit “burnin’ daylight”
