270 bottles only《When We Turned Five》Ever since it’s first sparkle, Mead has been the preferred choice for celebrations of anniversary. Starting from October 2019, we brewed a brand new sweet mead from local Ivy Tree honey, to showcases the unique flavors of our lovely city. Ivy Tree, a native and very common evergreen tree in the countrysides of Hong Kong, honey tastes naturally sweet with light bitterness.《Give Me Five Mead》is fermented with the Bourgogne Pinot Noir yeast, aged for more than five months and then dry-hopped with noble Loral. It’s rich, full bodied & sweet like a Sauternes with flavors of grape fruit, white peach, flowers, and pepper spices, balanced with light bitter finish.
