For this tasty brew, we took our Quickchange XPA from our core range and fermented it with Bruxellensis Trois (a Belgian yeast strain that produces lots of tropical esters). Tinkered with a few hops and other bits, running it unfiltered like a race car, making the most of the tasty yeast character to get your engines firing!For the beer geeks:Unfiltered, pouring pale and hazy with a frothy white head.The big tropical/citrus aroma and juicy flavours remind you of a Hazy IPA but this beer is light-bodied and finishes with a crisp dry character with a touch of bitterness. Super refreshing.
