Indian Pale Ale, 6.5%vol, 35 IBU. This beer style is one of the most well-known today, but it has ancient roots in history. His modern fame is due to the craft brewing movements that put this brewing style under the spotlight but before that, this beer defined herself during the Indian colonization by the British Kingdom, where the brewers faced and won the transportation spoilage issues thanks to an intense use and infusion with Hops. Our Interpretation of this style, stay in the general rules with a strong base Pale Ale of golden color, thick foam, and a marked Bitterness thanks to the high hop addition. The protagonist of this beer without a doubt, both in taste and aroma, is the hop, and especially for the aroma contribution we choose to go more into the craft style by choosing American hops with a strong fruitiness and mango character, and for the malt we chose to play also with some wheat to enhance the crispiness of the beer.
