A tart, fruity kettle sour with lots of mango, hints of strawberry and a slight malty finish.Named after Café Vaudeville which first opened in 2005. It was known for its opulent, French baroque-style interior and was a firm favourite in the city centre until it closed 12 years later and became the Cuban-styled Revolucion de Cuba.
