Pete Skis In Jeans

While skiing in jeans one day, Pete thought we should make a Baileys beer. Pete's gone, but the Irish Cream idea stuck and so have the jeans. We did it using a big pastry stout base, lots of lactose, a little bit of chocolate, and finished it with way too many bottles of real Irish Whiskey straight into the fermenter. Expect a big sweet creamy mouthful, with a prominent whiskey spike. Not served on the rocks here, but also not adverse to it.
