The first IPA brewed at the Epic Taproom Brewery, using the local Onehunga Spring water. Using Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus. Dry hopped at 15gm/litre. Good firm bitterness, with confronting American hop character. Named after a local street. Excited to be slowly dialing in the Braumeister 500. The future looks bright.
