Our second collaboration (this time in person) with Karl from Flat Rock Brew Cafe in Sydney!Together we wanted to brew something light and refreshing, a beer perfect for those hot BBQ days. We chose malts which make the beer positively glow like the summer sun and carefully selected hops that not only give heaps of flavour but a gentle lingering bitterness too. In the words of Karl we hope you find this beer ‘far out man!’
