Shafaq-e Serāy-e Rūyā

Описание

This is a dream beer, coming from a deep desire for beauty and poetry in life and looking at the world around us with never-ending wonder. As the poetic name suggests, in persian means Dusk: abode of Dreams, this beer evokes the spirit and beauty of long, warm, summer evenings, the mystery of the summer nights and the promise of what is to come and way more than words can give justice to. This particular blend consists of coolshipped and spontaneously fermented beers aged in barrels for over 2 years and married with the most extraordinary harvest of the local organic pesches I have ever tasted. This old orchard and very small harvest in 2022 gave us the super breathtaking perfumey and juicy quality of these once-exotic fruits I deliberately selected a Persian name same for this beer from both the fact that peaches (Prunus Persica in latin) were introduced into the old word from what is nowadays modern Iran and my cultural fascination with Persian culture and its language.
