We are celebrating 10 years of All In Festival with this collaboration with our good friend Pelle. We made a multi-grain mash of barley, spelt, rye and torrified wheat and then we added Columbus and Glacier hops, both in the boil and in the dry-hop. Giving you a fresh floral and zesty aroma on top of a bready body with a dry finish and a citrus bitterness.
