The brewers here at Malt Shovel want to experiment and have fun beyond the boundaries of what we’d typically do with James Squire. Malt Shovel Brewers is our play at the next step beyond.Part American Wheat Ale, part American Wheat Wine with extra hops, specifically Citra and Motueka. The characteristics citra citrus in combination with spiciness from Motueka.Its big, bright, hoppy and balanced with a big 7% alcohol.
