Hopped up at early boil for some old-school IPA bittering, hopped again at whirlpool to see what aroma’s NZH109 delivers, and dry hopped for a third and final time ‘cause…why not!?Our brew crew were getting plenty of punchy, upfront aromas, tastes of the Tropics and some classic herbaceous hollers in the background.
