For our ongoing experiments with hops, we now bring you Lost All Reason - New Zealand Edition!If this is your first Lost All Reason, we keep the base beer exactly the same throughout the batches, we just change the hops and sometimes the hopping technique, in order to explore the hops to the fullest.For this version, we brewed the same base beer featuring wheat and oats, using Centennial in the kettle.For the dry-hop, we used Wakatu and Rakau, both of which are fairly low alpha and oil, compared to other versions of Lost All Reason. However, they feature aromas of apricot, peach and lime. NZ hops tend to have a very delicate aroma and flavor, but these hops really compliment each other, to produce a huge aroma that we love in Lost All Reason.Enjoy!
