This June we complete six whole years of creation, experimentation, brewing and above all shared moments with all of you who supported our venture from the first drop. To celebrate, we re-brewed our first beer, the English Bitter.Our squirrel, the hero of the label, is trying to discover exactly what we did in the test batch but the recipe has been lost in time. But we gave him a little help: we recreated it a little more mature, a little more experienced at 4.5% abv. With notes of caramel, a characteristic British bitterness, refreshing and easy to drink, it is officially the beer of the summer!!
