Classic Belgian-inspired Saison brewed with two unique strains of yeast. One yeast imparts traditional notes of clove, peppercorn, banana and bubblegum, while the other lends a citrus-like character that helps liven up the mouthfeel and keep the beer from being too heavy on the palate. It is not as sweet as most traditional Saisons and is lighter and more sessionable.
