The natural aroma of thinned apples comes through, while the acidity of Philly Sour and the acidity of the apples combine to create a refreshing taste. We don't add much hops, butPerhaps due to the fruit thinning, the bluish flavor reminiscent of hops and the astringency of polyphenols give it a nice crispness.
