BARREL FARM SPRING ALEA hybrid pale ale, made with Belgian yeast and specialty malts giving light sweetness, spice and ultimate drinkability. This is a beer that showcases yeast and light malts working in unison.PROCESSA blend of light specialty malts for flavour and aromatics, fermented with Wyeast 3944 Wit Yeast to give light spice and clove notes. We have blended this beer with 10% barrel aged brett beer for light barrel notes.
