Ale Aged in Oak w/ Syrah Grapes. Macerated on crushed + destemmed Syrah grapes for 30 days before separation and aging in a single 500 L French Oak cask. An excited palate of strawberry preserves, seedy tannin, overripe blackberry and black tea playfully evolve into a rich bed of warm orange and clove. Bottled near still, enjoy at cellar temp or near 50*F.
