Inspired by Rye whiskey-forward cocktails, we aged this Imperial Stout in Sagamore Spirit Rye Whiskey barrels for 18 months. Then we blended it 3:1 with Sagamore Rye Whiskey. Served still. The nose has cherry and oak, with the whiskey elevating the stout notes. A balance somewhere between Port and an Old Fashion.Draft Only
