Graftage makes its return....This years variant used farmhouse yeast with an addition of cinnamon. A graf comes from Stephen Kings Dark Tower and is a cider/beer hybrid. Aroma of apple, which holds true in the initial sip, finishing dry with cinnamon and black pepper.Graftage -the art or practice of inserting a part of one plant into another plant in such a way that the two will unite and continue their growth.
