Aster is a skin contact cider/wine hyrbid made with Gewürtztraminer and Wickson crabapples. For this hybrid, we blended 50% high acid Wickson crabapples with 50% Gewürtz that was aged on Wickson pomace. Both fermented native yeast. Aromatic and textural. SO2 added at packaging only (15ppm).
