Blueberry Rocket

Описание

Blueberry Rocket is one of the stars of the Rocket Series. This version is sweeter than the last. We messed around with the balance of sweetness and acidity on this iteration and tried to push the juiciness of this beer. We dialed back the acidity substantially. It drinks like liquid candy with just a hint of pleasant tartness. The berries take the stand with a heavy follow up of the vanilla giving it a major Creme Savers hard candy flavor. We also get blueberry pancakes with whipped cream and berries & cream “multicolored candies”.The vanilla is what lasts heavily on the backend, and the aftertaste is a spoonful of cool whip and mixed berry.
