It’s been a minute since we pumped out this hoppy style that appeals to both IPA and lager fans. Cleaner and crisper than a regular IPA, but more body than a usual rice based lager - its hybrid appeal comes from the fermentation profile - pitched cold but allowed to free rise.The name was coined by our head brewer Nick who has had to re-find the featured fruity Sultana hop 3 times due to experimental names & rebranding! Fermented on Mogwai Culture Lost Souls strain and popping with melon, pineapple and a spicy citrus twist.
