Our Pale Ale is very bitter, caramel and malty. Here, we combine a strong hop flavor with yeast ale. If it tastes slightly exotic, that’s because we added hints of grapefruit and citrus, while the caramel note comes from the caramel malt in the ale.The bitter taste of this ale comes from the two types of hops we use: Nugget and Cascade. If, after a few sips, a sense of calmness befalls you, that’s because you’ve just felt the presence of our beloved hills of Plovdiv.
