In our Froawetsap series we always propose new hop varieties on the same recipe basis.This Froawetsap contains barley malt, oats, wheat and hops, a lot of hops!For this one we used Azacca and HBC 522.Azacca is a hop known for its impressive citrus and tropical flavors that it imparts to a beer.HBC 522 is a new hop that has not yet been given a name. In this beer it gives notions of pine and again the tropical taste.Enjoy this beer, and do it quickly! A NEIPA is at its best when fresh.
