Brewed with a variety of special grains. We fermented half of this batch with our wild Minnesota mixed culture and blended in spontaneously fermented lambic style ale. We then allowed for a second fermentation on three varieties of local MN sour cherries. Keg conditioned for over 18 months this Minnesota wild ale is dry, puckering and fully complex.
