When we met Rick from WhiteDog we knew we had to brew something unique and intense. However we couldn't decide on what to do - IPA, Sour or a massive pastry Stout.Well... we ended up doing them all at once. In a way.Sour base beer thoroughly hopped with Citra, fermentation with a New England style yeast. After condoning double dry hop at two different stages.With the hops separated from the beer it was time to add the fruit and vanilla, leaving behind a blend of fruits and sweetness to dance around the dank notes from the hops.Here we present you this slightly pastry version of our fruited sour IPA.
