A hefty 11% Imperial Stout brewed with a ton of stroopwafels and stroopwafel-spices in collaboration with Stroop Rotterdam!We used 100kg stroopwafels and 7 different spices (cinnamon, anise-seeds, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, white pepper and cardamom). This beer is geared towards seeking a balance between a Imperial Stout, a lot of biscuits and spices. If you are expecting a sugary mess, please look elsewhere!Cheers!
