Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple syrup and aged in a Texas Sotol Cask. ⁣⁣Sotol is a distilled spirit of Mexican origin. Compared to Tequila or Mezcal, it tends to be sweeter and is known for its bright, earthy and mild smoky flavors. The Sotol cask gives this maple porter a bold and slightly sweet finish.⁣
