Hot & Cold: Idaho 7 | Strata

Hot & Cold is a new experiment that we are trying out. We know the flavor and aroma profiles of the hops that we use but we are not too sure when the best time in the brewing process to use each one. In this new series that we are starting we will be using one variety during the boil and the other during the dry hop. After the beer is done we will determine how well the Idaho 7 carried over from the hot side and how much the Strata contributed on the cold side.
