7% ABV Plum sour brewed with lactose and aged on vanilla beans. Brewed with over 3lbs per gallon of plums, this purple beast's bracing acidity is balanced by subtle sweetness and creamy texture from the lactose. The huge fruit character is delicately accented with whole vanilla beans and vanilla bean powder. It tastes like a fruit pastry!
