Out of the Woods, inspired by and infused with theNew Zealand forest. Ten different malts create adark complex malt base, infused with totara rimuand manuka, fermented with a mixture ofSaccharomyces cerevisiae and Brettanomyces inan open topped wooden fermenter, then barrelaged for over two years, before being given anotherinfusion of Kawa Kawa. The result balancestartness with rich malt notes and bursts with complex, earthy, herbal, woody character. Anutterly unique beer, brewed in collaboration withCigar Cityʼs inimitable Wayne Wambles.
