In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2023/01 is a rum cask from Barbados where our Quad the Fox aged for 12 months. Expect sweet rum, vanilla and sugarcane notes with a slightly boozy edge on this Barrel Aged Quad.
