Black Isle collaborated with Swiss brewing geniuses BFM and their owner Jérôme Rebetez to brew a Saison. Using BFM’s √225 yeast strain they brewed a bitter, dry fruity saison. This expression has been aged in a red wine barrel to provide tannic and woody notes to the original fruit-forward saison.
