Preserved Gose: Lemon

We brew this classic German style with barley, wheat, spelt and oats before souring with our house lactobacillus. After primary fermentation we add house preserved Meyer lemons. Refreshing salinity with flavors of yellow Gatorade and funky lemon tart pair wonderfully with the fruitiness of this tart summer sipper. This ale will fix a picture of summer.
