Light bodied with a subtle but complex malt base. Nutty and soft roasted aromas and flavours, and a medium bitter and dry finish. This is a very drinkable darker lager.Brewer's notes:We do a traditional decoction mash for our dunkel, using the boiling process to naturally bring out additional color and flavour. There are just enough hops to brighten up the beer while keeping its nice malty profile.Ingredients:Barley, hops and yeast
