This pastry stout is full of sweet chocolate, marshmallow fluff, vanilla beans, and peanut butter. Faux Snow is 11% and is sure to warm your insides with its heavy vanilla softness, dark chocolate bite, and a finish of nutty peanut butter.We used crystal wheat, chocolate wheat and flaked wheat to get a nice sweetness in this beer before adding the adjuncts. This malt bill results in a lighter, warmer color than our usual stout. It gives it an almost graham cracker-like base. It is loaded with marshmallow fluff... which to brew (or take this photo with) is a COMPLETE mess.. but gives the beer the pillowy sweetness that it needed.This beer is viscous and sweet and perfect for this Faux winter we are having in Texas.
