DDH Finke’s 500 Totally Hazy IIPA

Our friend Finke, helped us with this beer drinky- then we double dry-hopped it to the moon and back. Mosaic were the hops, because we think they’re the tops- so we poured them in like it was an attack! There’s also oats and lactose, because those things float Finke’s boat- and make this zero bitter beer taste like a champ. And so to be clear, this beer is not clear- it’s rooted firmly in the Hazy IIPA camp. And lastly this beer, whose description’s end is near- gets the 500th Boiler beer stamp!
