Rapport is our interpretation of a classic kölsch beer typically served in the city of Cologne, Germany. This beer is very delicately hopped, allowing the soft malt complexity to poke through. Crispy, blond, and subtly fruity from the fermentation with ale yeast, this is a refreshing yet flavorful beer to wet your whistle. We taste toasted/puffed cereals, white grape, subtle grass, plantain, apple blossom, and mineral water. 4.8% ABV
