With our recent expansion works at the Tap House, we needed to make some keg only beers to fill all the extra taps. So we decided to try something we’d been curious about for a while, unfermented fruit in a sour. Usually we add fruit in the fermentor so the yeast can eat up all the sugars, for this beer they are still there in keg. We won’t be sending this beer anywhere else as with the fruit in there it is now an unstable product!
