Brewed from top quality German Vienna malt with just the most subtle touch of dark munich for an ooft more malt and slightest deepening of colour. Classically hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh + Hallertauer Hersbrucker then fermented cool with our house lager yeast. Left unfiltered.Nutty sweet apricot kernels, softly toasted brown bread crusts and mildly hopped, conjuring up memories of steamy cups of tea and Holbran biscuits.
