Esta IPA la hemos fermentado con levadura Lallemand New England por su característico sabor y aroma afrutado. En el dryhop le hemos metido 20g/L de lúpulo: Ekuanot, Bru1, Citra y Simcoe para destacar los aromas de frutas tropicales y resina de pino.We fermented this IPA on Lallemand New England yeast for its fruity and estery flavours and aromas. We then dry-hopped it with Ekuanot, Bru1, Citra and Simcoe hops at 20g/L for a huge tropical fruit and pine resin aroma combo.
