We took the base from an OG fan favorite and aged it in small format Rye Barrels from Palm Ridge Distillery for four months. Afterwards, we transferred it onto toasted/raw coconut, rye soaked toasted hazelnuts and Tahitian vanilla beans.This beer starts with elements of heavy char and vanilla spice from the fresh dumped barrels and finishes with a rich nuttiness from the hazelnuts.
