We Oaked our second version of Adelheid, with oakchips, soaked in Calvados, that was barrel-aged on a Brandy Barrel, from the distillery/brewery Het Aerts Paradijs from Koersel.A nice full alcoholic beer with a touch of apple, oak and spirit.
