Don Valley Bench Grand Cru

A beer styled to resemble Champagne. Similar to our original Don Valley Bench from 2012 this brew has light apple and pear aromas on the nose with a crisp dry palate and subtle vanilla oak notes and a dry finish without any husky tannin or hop bitterness. The alcohol percentage is higher than the original Don Valley. Light apple and pear with a drying acidity on the finish.
