MELBA / SABRO / CITRAAs you may know we don’t have a core range but do have a few styles that make regular appearances. Version 7 had a few process tweaks which resulted in higher brewhouse efficiency (hence the higher ABV).Rather than dilute down to sub 6% we decided to roll with it, loading it up with the Aussie grown Melba hops as well as Sabro and Citra. Expect heaps of stone fruit and tropical character from this big pale.
