Champion Pale Ale both sides of the Tasman in 2018. Billfish has the hop weight of an IPA with less alcohol and superbly balance. Loaded with a boatload of hops including NZ/Aotearoa's Kohatu and Riwaka,Australian Galaxy, and US Citra and Zythos. Bursting with tropical fruit on a juicy malt base which lets the hops shine.
