A refreshingly crisp and aromatically charged southern-style Pils. Step-mashed with 100% Weyermann Pilsner malt. Generously hopped with late kettle and whirlpool additions of Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger. Natural carbonation and a hint of struck sulfur captured by spunding and lagered until peak freshness in horizontal tanks. Crispy sourdough loaves and fresh herbs spritzed with lemon.
