This rich and satisfying strong dark ale is brewed and blended in the old UK Burton Ale tradition, mixing mature barrel aged beer with fresh beer. A base of floor-malted heritage Chevallier malt from the UK is layered with amber and crystal malts and dark brewing sugar for a complex malty profile balanced by the mature profile of our pale barley wine aged in Weller 12-year bourbon barrels.
