Malt character leads with sweet biscuit and caramel, complimenting fruity raisin and pear drop notes from our house yeast. Goldings hops finish off the fruitcake-like flavours with hints of earthy bitter orange. Complex, balanced and incredibly drinkable.A breed apart.
